12. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be limited under English law.
Subject to the above, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (i) the fees you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or (ii) £500.

14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated to active users by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
